1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using BookFlow, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Description of Service

BookFlow is a cloud-based salon booking and management software that provides online booking, appointment scheduling, client management, SMS reminders, point of sale, and reporting features for hair and beauty salons.

3. Account Responsibilities

When you create an account with us, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access

4. Payment Terms

Our pricing is simple:

• $49 AUD per month, billed monthly
• Price includes unlimited staff members
• 300 SMS reminders included per month
• Additional SMS credits available at $10 per 100
• All major credit and debit cards accepted via Stripe

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. No refunds are provided for partial months.

5. Free Trial

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial period, you will need to subscribe to continue using the service.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Send spam or unsolicited messages through our system
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Resell or redistribute the service without permission

7. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by BookFlow and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all data you input into the system.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of BookFlow is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate consent from your clients to store their data and send them communications through our service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BookFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice when possible.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the service, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any disputes relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
